Notion Thief is the main piece of this deck. You use your "Target player" forced draw spells to target your opponent, you draw the cards from notion thief, and they discard. Notion Thief + Oath of Scholars essentially locks them out, allowing you to draw 3 cards on their turn always, leaving their hand empty.Enjoy!
