The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Deck Description

Pretty simple to play. Your main goal is board lock and prevent your ally/allies from losing, best complimented by a good mid range deck to control deck. This deck has been created with the multiplayer/casual mindset. If you enjoy having full control over the board state sans counters and don't mind longer games this is your deck!

How to Play

The deck really starts to take off once you establish your control artifacts:
Cumber Stone + Urza's Armor

These core artifacts just get better when you combine them with Godhead of Awe, which leaves your Godhead master of the battlefield...literally.

Filigree Angel=Boatloads of Life nuf said on that one.

The signets and the talismans are great early, but really shine late game and can pull you back from the brink.

Also featuring one of my favorite utility cards: Unbender Tine. Just a lot of potential here with this one. The more you play with it the more that you will find ways to exploit its power. Between untapping scepters to giving your Godhead of Awe vigilance its a great utility card.

Finally your tapdown package: Icy Maniputalor + Scepter of Dominance help to lockdown artifacts and limit most combat tricks. They can also be used to freeze up your opponents manabase if they are color dependent.

Bigsweeps and Comback cards include: Cyclonic Rift and Open the Vaults.
