This idea sprang to me when I saw my Uncle's demon deck. Just the idea of sacrificing humans to feed the demons is a risky task, but with the right cards, you'll have no problem.
Start by either playing the Doomsayer or Disciple of Grislebrand to help get started with humans. Then bring out Increasing Devotion to have plenty of meat for the demons to feast on, then use Tragic Slips, Mortify, and Executioner's Swing to take care of other threats. Elgaud Inquisitor and Orzhov Pontiff are basically bait for the demons, because of their abilities when they die. Orzhov can haunt another human ready to be eaten, then get the boost whenever it happens. Village Cannibals are a good combo with Disciple because the more humans that die, the bigger the cannibals get, and then you can use it to gain that much life. Teysa can also leave leftovers when the humans die, and using your leftover humans to exile a creature of your choice.
