you're really in danger from early aggro with this deck. Maybe add fog bank ot the wight as suggested

cut 1 Trepanation Blade, 1-2 Mind Grind and 2 Paranoid Delusions and add some removal like devour flesh and grisly spectacle. maybe also hands of binding, but not as important
I think you should go to 24, just because Duskmantle Guildmage abilitys are so expensive to activate
If you have an Invisible Stalker and no Runechanter's Pike he's rather bad in this deck
Cathedral of War!
I dont see why you need all the arful dodge and Tricks of the Trade if all of your creatures either have flying or are unblockable already. Maybe add 2 call of the nightwing so you can generate some blockers. Not sure about the Contaminated Ground, it's usually a bad card but might work. I think you generally want some more cards to save your unblockables
Here is my take on it: http://www.mtgvault.com/fractis/decks/alchemill/Would still rate it as a casual-deck that needs some work, but can be fun!
You should get some more lands in that deck. 20 looks really low. But other than that I really like where you are going with it
How is this aggro?
The right job for a snappy I guess
I think I would play Psychic Strike instead of cancel, bu easier to cast then uu + millDispel to SBgravecrawler would be great as already said
Reminds me of my last Standard-FNM night where I went 0-2 1-2 0-2 0-2 with my dimir which I though wasnt too bad. For your deck: Drop some of the high-cmc spells and add some removal and 2 more fog bank imo.also, check out this deck, which is simliar to yours: http://tappedout.net/mtg-decks/dimir-mill-control-3-1-1st-fnm/ !Best of luck in the future
I think Balustrade Spy and Shadow Slice are too expensive for what they offer. Beeter 2 more nighthawks, 1 stalker and one more dark favor instead. You could also switch out the Soul Seizer for evil twin, but it seems to work quite nice if you also got artful dodge
hmm.. my last comment got deleted... about the name, try this: Ætherize
ok, so what did you get in for it?
I the tough scour worth it? I mean you got no benefit from ther milling
I really like this deck, great concept! Build my own block-constructed version based on this!
You also just have 6 sources of swamp in your deck, which is really low for using multilate, so if he has a x/3 or x/4 out by turn 4 or 5 it's not even secured that it'll kill him. Aetherize sounds like the saver choice to me in tthis paticular deckWasn't sure about the knight, so I looked it up:"502.7e Any damage that would be dealt by sources that have the stated quality to a permanent or player that has protection is prevented."
no abberation?
Your Mutilate will kill every of your creature beside Knight of Glory, looks a bit problematic to me
