Using Shirei's incredibly unique ability, most of the creatures have either 1 power, a sac effect, or an ability that goes off from me sacrificing creatures.Grave pact and Butcher completely make this deck run, as well as Contamination (which is a bonus because it'll let me sacrifice, triggering grave pact and butcher, as well as will win me the game 80% of the time since people can only play black and artifact spells, and black can't kill enchamtnents).The hardest part is simply keeping Shirei alive, since everything else has a body or can return. I have no problem nuking the field half the time, and will always hold Cadaver imp and Midnight Recovery to keep everything going. With Harvester and the Alter out, I can sac creatures, float mana, draw into other creatures, play, sac, keep going, then bring them all back at the end of turn. With genesis chamber I get a ridiculous amount of creatures to help overrun or sac to keep my bigger guys. Grave pact will let me beat them with their own creatures, which is always fun. Bitter Ordeal will let me get rid of any threats that are still in their decks after a board wipe, or even without it since I should be able to sacrifice at least 6 - 10 creatures per turn, not per round. If I have gravepact or butcher out, then that's 12 - 20 cards I can exile out of their deck. Any advice?
use tutors for gravepact, contamination, or altar. Darksteel plate should always go on Shirei, no questions asked. Sadly this deck without her isn't that good (a major flaw in most EDH decks). Same with the boots and greaves.
