Isochrono Sceptor and casting costs
I know that when you use Isochrono Scepter and the opponent has Thalia, Guardian of Thraben in play I pay one more, what if I have an X cost spell imprinted and have Goblin Electromancer or Arcane Melee in play would the opposite happen, could I cast the X for more then zero as I dident pay for it?

I'm not sure what your asking. Thalia wouldn't make X any bigger, since X is the mana cost of the spell, and Thalia doesn't change converted mana cost.
1/22/2011 The ability affects the total cost of each noncreature spell, but it doesn't change that spell's mana cost or converted mana cost.

When you play an X spell for an alternate cost, x is 0. Cards that modify the casting cost are not going to impact this at all.
