oh I see, the fruition are in there.
seeing as how it is 58 cards, I would add 2 more forests.
Thoughtseize, Nixathid, Scepter of Fugue. Nightmare is a weak card, you should look into Demigod of Revenge and perhaps even that new Rotting Rat in Conflux, he has unearth and lets you discard that demigod for some really scared opponents. Just some suggestions to kick up a notch. Afflict, Distress and your sideboard should be looked at some as well.
