(Based on cards available to me atm). Ally deck with some blue control cards. Pilgrim's Eyes for ensuring some semblance of proper lands in tri-color deck.

Where are the "Ondu Clerics"? Any allies deck with white should have them. "Jwari Shapeshifter" are a staple of blue allies decks. "Harabaz Druid" will solve tri-color mana problems. Take out any creature that isn't an ally. Even that 7drop 8/7 flyer isn't as good as triggering the five or so ally abilities that you would have by the time you can afford a 7drop. You can consider replacing "Explore" with "Sea Gate Loremaster". "Explore" is only good is you draw it in the first three turns and had 3+ land in starting hand. Add: "Ondu Clerics" "Jwari Shapeshifter" Remove: "Turntimber Basilisk" "Æther Figment" "Caller of Gales" "Goliath Sphinx" "Sejiri Merfolk" "Loam Lion" Replace: "Explore" with "Sea Gate Loremaster" "Khalni Gem" with "Harabaz Druid" It looks good for a deck built from available cards, but needs some work to beef it up. Remember that allies don't like spells as much as creature abilities and they don't like creatures who aren't allies. Keep those principals in mind and you will have a well-structures allies deck that fits your play style.
