Deck Description

Underworld dreams is my Inspiration to this kind of deck so I'm making a infinite turn drawing deck to burn their library and life point along underworld dreams combo with otherworld Atlas

How to Play

There are few ways that this deck can pull off the combo. It listed below

Isochron scepter + vampiric tutor = library search to get all the cards you need

Time Sieve + Thopter Assembly = Infinite turn (usually needs 8 mana to do it or you can play those cards on the field and wait for one turn then your combo will begins)

Otherworld atlas + Underworld Dreams = burn opponents life

Vela + Thopter Assembly = Burns opponent 5 life each time you sacrifice

Or you just can stall the game hard along with cwarlspace and ward of bones. While your stalling the game you can put artifacts with drawings ability along underworld dreams to hurt opponent without using combos :D

If you are working on getting your more important artifacts out of your deck, Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas might be worth it, which your number of artifacts, you are almost always going to hit an artifact with his +1.

Also, you might want to put in precautions in the even you draw out: 1. Laboratory Maniac, if you draw out, you win. 2. Elixir of Immortality, to reset your deck if it comes to that.

Sword of War and peace would work well for you, as it can both gain you a great deal of life, and deal lots of damage if your opponents keep their hands full, Anvil of Bogardan will make it so that they do not have to discard down to 7, and will add to the draw aspect.

Creatures that are bigger the more cards you have are also good, Sturmgeist, Soramaro, First to Dream, Kagemaro, First to Suffer, Promise of Power, and Aeon Chronicler.

Also, Archmage Ascention, if you can keep the card draw up, can drastically change the state of a game if it gets to 6, and since EDH games tend to go on for a while, you most likely will.

Good luck!

Carnifex Demon, Baneful Omen, Ætherling, and Myr Matrix do not really fit the theme of card draw or do not have enough supporting cards to be worth running.

True, might be worth keeping after all. However, Doubling Cube does not seem to be very useful, seeing as you have nothing to sink your mana into other than Blue Sun Zenith.

I like it, it's my kind of deck. There's still things I would do differently in it and I'm not a fan of counting on combos in EDH, but it's cool.

Here's a deck I made that's pretty similar, idk if there's anything that might spark and idea or help you out with something.

Just an FYI, Isochron scepter only works on instants so the demonic tutor wouldn't work with it.

I've made a draw deck as well and I like some of what you have here, but mine is R/U (for shooting). I find Enter the Infinite to be fun with the Psychosis Crawler. When I saw U/B though, I was thinking mill. I'm surprised you don't really have any mills in here other than the Jaces and the Glimpse. Perhaps a Jace's Erasure might hurry things along? I'd also be worried about drawing out. gaston205 had some good ideas about that. Also, you don't have any other sac outlets for the Thopter/Vela combo besides the Time Sieve, don't know if that's so much of a plan rather than a bonus.

I wouldn't really call Scepter and Vampiric Tutor for "infinite" library search, considered it's only once each turn. Perhaps repeated search? Anyways, from a player who hates inf combos, both using them and playing against them as it just removes the fun aspect of EDH, I would remove those combos.. Also, I would add in some ways for you to not have to discard down to 7 cards each end step - library of leng and reliquary tower seems good, vensers journal too. Perhaps some way to reccur artifacts aswell, like Buried Ruins and Academy Ruins?
