Kill your opponent's creatures to make him suffer. Use Psionic Blast to end him, or the many damage dealing cards that go with the initial concept. Be sure to play with an opponent that has at least some creatures, or you might be sorry to have chosen this deck though.

Well, I'm sure you are going for a theme here. But Doom Blade is a strict upgrade to Terror.
