this deck could easily go to White/Blue/Black and incorporate cards such as Vectis Dominator and Royal Assassin but that would require some trickery to get the green mana for Stoic Angel.

way too little exalted and too much tapping target permanents. and only 17 land?

i made it because someone presented an idea of a deck that revolves around Sleep and Stoic Angel. It's primary function is keeping the opponent's creatures tapped, i made it into an exalted deck to prevent Stoic Angel's ability from hurting the owner. and yes, 17 land is a little small. i dont think i need the sojourners...
