nice deck.
Eye of Ugin seems to be a bit powerless in there. it needs 7 mana to search for emrakul (do you even have other non colored spells in it? guess not). I would add another emrakul instead of Ugin, as the game (should) be over as soon as you have 1 emrakul in your hand and a 2nd doubles the chance of getting him.
Craterhoof Behmonth is a nice win situation with an "all in attack" mid/lategame but imo chance to have sucess with it is only when you have way more creatures as your oponent. I think you need Increasing Devotion to get that creature advantage which delays you attack by 1 turn.
A thinkable solution for this would be some sort of "non target evasion" spell which gives all your creatures flying, trample protection,... instead of Increasing Devotion, e.g. Triumph of the Hord.
If you follow ybot5875 and take out Craterhoof i would also take out Increasing Devotion because you dont need them anymore.

we thought about your deck and redesigned it. lowering its mana cost dramatic and giving the deck more evasion.
The goal remains the same poison your enemy to death and protect your creatures with control cards.
to be honest we changed half of the deck. The sideboard contains the cards we removed because they couldn't fit to the agressive infect/controll the deck should provide.

I think your cards are to mana expensive in general. ~23% (9 cards) are worth >=4 mana which will take you a long time for them to play. You realy need some mana acceleration to get it going fast.
Therefore i would add Dark Ritual. The Deck seems to build up on draining the enemy's life and destroying all creatures he gets out and when hes low attack him with a view vampires.
What doesnt fit into that is Kalitas, Bloodchief of Ghet. It costs you 7 mana to get him into play and then 3 mana each to kill a creature. You can have this cheeper easily, though hes fun when played :D
And to get creatures from the enemy Captivating Vampire seems to be the more usefull choice.
Another thing i realy dont like are the "Multiplayerbruns" Blood Tithe and Exsanguinate, as u can use the "space" for other more reliable cards and this deck should focus on just 1 enemy at all time.

Anyway here are the cards i would think of to play in this deck: - 9 cards
3x Dark Ritual
4x Blood Artist
4x Doom Blade
(Guul Draz Vampire)

Cards i would remove: - 9 cards
Kalitas, Bloodchief of Ghet
Feast of Blood - you dont realy need the 4 life and there are much easier removals.
Blood Tithe
Corrupt

I dont know your thoughts behind the deck and don't want to hurt any combo that this deck was initialy build on, but manly i would look for something like
Bloodchief Ascension + Blood Artist + some removal/Anowon, the Ruin Sage
Bloodchief Ascension + Kalastria Highborn + Pulse Tracker // early game switching into Blood Artist+X
to bring the enemy on low health and then finish him of with Guul Draz Vampire or Vampire Nighthawlk.

In the end i only have to say that i enjoyed looking through this deck as it has this whole vampire drain feeling brought up very well and is not a creature based agression deck as I see very often.
