I don't think this deck runs nearly enough creatures to be playing cards such as Jeleen Sphinx, Fortify, Beck/Call, and Devout Invocation effectively. Instead you probably need at least 3-4 more lands, and Azorius Charms or if you have access even Detention Spheres would be awesome. Or instead you could try to focus on tokens with cards like Precinct Captain (sadly there aren't too many good token-makers in your colors, and Beck/Call is way too expensive- 6 mana for 4 power isn't great).

Yeah I know what you mean. I've been trying to make something out of the norm. Something a little bit different than most decks and be very cost effective. There aren't many token cards which is making a deck like this hard to make. I appreciate the insight and I do realize the issue, but there isn't a whole lot I can do about it unfortunately.

I still think you need more lands though :P Maybe drop the Silence or Fortify?

Door of Destinies only trigger when you cast a spell of the type, so the goal of populating and creating tokens won't actually buff any of them.

And Jelenn Sphinx isn't a bird either... all it does is give a conditional anthem for 5 mana... there's no good reason not to play Spear of Heliod.

Silence isn't good enough in this deck. You can't utilize the tempo that it gives you well enough.

And you really need to run more lands--Aggro decks run more than this. You will almost never be able to cast Supreme Verdict, much less a 6 mana call. It will also be hard to get double white for celestial flare.
