At 41 cards, I'm pretty sure a Mill deck could own you, which is pretty sad to say. Bring it to 60 cards and you'll be fine... and legal.

The best combo with Living end is to Dredge up a storm during the turns it is suspended. For this I would suggest Stinkweed Imp and Golgari Grave Troll, as they have the highest dredge values. I like the Tormod's Crpyt tech.
My first suggestion would be to use the card entry fields to post your deck, as opposed to writing it all in the deck description field
Well, the Ghost Quarters are now in the sideboard, but now you don't have enough land maindeck. You're going to want to run 20 land maindeck. Speaking of sideboards, they are supposed to be either 15 cards or 0 cards exactly.
I like the idea behind this deck... but what exactly does "indefatuegable" mean?
It looks like this deck is Standard legal, and as such, the 8-post mana-base is not really an option. Nor is Mindslaver. Viable Suggestions: Clockspinning is usually going to be more expensive than just putting mana into your Dark Depths. 4 Dark Depths are far too many to run for a non-mana-producing land. Maximum of two, methinks. If you're going to run Urzatron, then run the whole thing. 4 of each. You have no targets for Momentary Blink. Run some or cut it.
I don't have any mindslavers. Had I more money to throw into this deck, I'd likely have those, more Tooth and Nails, and better targets for said tooth.
Mystical Teachings. However, I'm not sure it's worth it for one flashback cost.
You might want a back-up plan if for some reason your 'vore can't do the job. (Kher Keep, Vitu-Ghazi, Urza's Factory) Maybe a Skeletal Vampire or something.
You and your 5-color monstrosity. The worst part about this thing is that it manages to win.
I found you another Drifter, Veteran Armorer, and an Azorius Herald.
Stone Rain and Wrecking Ball in the SB?
You can still edit the deck.
You might consider Squall Line to help take out the fliers made by the troll as well as using it to finish off an opponent if you can't get through with your non-tramplers. Also, check out Moldervine Cloak so you can have a use beyond the first two turns for your birds.
In general, Zoo is used to describe a WRG aggro deck. This is mono-green, lacking in the essential burn of Zoo, and has some anti-synergy. Sporesower Thallid is only good enough to be played if you have at least another set of thallids or a way to use saprolings well.
Bloodbond March is really at its best when you have mostly 4-of's. At the moment you only have a single 4-of creature. 11 reanimation spells is probably way more than you need. Especially when one has flashback. If you're running LftL, you could probably get away with running some ghost-quarters or other sacrificing lands. (Terramorphic expanse to thin your deck of lands, maybe?)
Is 8 land-search really necessary? I'd drop four and move the putrefy to the main. I'd also try to make room for Mortify. Enchantments are a pain.
Fists+Thelon+a fungus= awesome.
And the pile of 2-of slivers are there for what reason? Consistency is a wonderful thing.
