Elementals!
Basically you try to get the Supreme Exemplars and Nova Chasers out as fast as you can, using the tools you have and swing for devastating damage. You use the card draw and other sorceries to do damage to the player or the creature and just winning before they do. Use your remands to prevent your creatures from dying and use the card draw to get what you need!

Looking at this I'm wondering if it's better for you to switch from Blue to Black, if you use spells with looting style effects like Tormenting Voice or Wild Guess to drop Supreme Exemplar into the graveyard then bring it back using either Makeshift Mannequin or Ritual of the Returned; that way you'll have a second way to 'cheat' it back into play (also means having them killed is not so problematic).

I'm not entirely sure, it's definitely worth looking into. I like that idea. Although the blue fits my deck very nicely with the card draw and counterspells. But if you champion a flamekin harbinger, you realize you can get another supreme or nova when the championed harbinger comes back into play?
Yeah you get the new elemental to the top of the library, but you still need to find a way to get it from hand to board, the Nova Chaser is ok to hardcast at 4, but I can only see the Exemplar hitting the field via non-hardcast so unless you can keep the Soulstroke protected it'll be hard to make use of Exemplar; maybe put the Lightning Greaves to the mainboard?
If you'd like other ways to cheat the big Elementals in, Through the Breach and Mindwrack Liegecan assist with that. I'm aware that they cost 5 and 6 mana respectively, but they do have up sides. Through the Breach is both an instant and grants haste. Mindwrack Liege can drop either creature at instant speed, doesn't force you to sacrifice it, and gives +1/+1 (neither are both the Liege's colours). I have also seen Doomgape run in this type of deck. Between Incandescent Soulstoke's ability and Smokebraider supplying any colour mana, Doomgape not being red nor blue is almost meaningless.
