I feel like the 2x Honor of the Pure should be replaced with something else, but i'm not entirely sure what. Suggestions?

Having multiple copies of the same card is not always beneficial. As long as they have the same mana cost and the same ability, you should strive yo have several different ones. There are cards out there to destroy a creature or enchantment and search libraries for every copy of the card as well. This helps to circumvent that. Good luck!
