The goal of the deck is to recur vexing devil constantly. Even if they don't take the 4 he is still a beat stick for 1 mana.I mainly only looked at cards from innistrad block since RTR block doesn't have much graveyard play, so any suggestions are more than welcome.

You ought to run orzhov charm for "return target creature card with converted mana cost 1 or less from your graveyard to the battlefield." works nice with the devil.
