I like the idea of the deck. Suggestions: Main-board assemble the legion (-boulderfall, - to sideboard revoke existence), use 4 phalanx leaders (takeout -chosen, -nyxborn), add 3 titans strengths and take out -3 rise to the challenge

I would recommend martial glory instead of rise to the challenge, gives you extra targeting.

I would find spots for any of the following, Boros Elite, Daring Skyjek, Cavalry Pegasus. I would take out boulderfall, ordeal of purphoros, chosen by heliod, Akroan Conscripter, Akroan Phalanx, Labyrinth Champion, and Bomber Corps. If you still have spots to fill afterwards, ordeal of heliod over ordeal of purphoros.
Oh, and I would take out the nyxborn shieldmate and hold at bay for more target spells, like another coordinated assault, a few more titan's strength and boros charms.
Other cards that are useful, Brave the Elements, and Fortify. Both work well with battalion.
If you're going for budget, the only thing over a dollar in that list is boros charm, everything else is maybe a quarter.
Now for non-budget.
Frontline Medic is also amazing, and good for slowing down sphinx's revelation. Spirit of the Labyrinth would be a good sideboard. Heliod, to give everyone vigilance, spear of heliod, to make everyone bigger. Tajic, Blade of the Legion is indestructible and his battalion is beastly.

I would definitely add 3 more favoured hoplites and at least 2 temple of triumph
also if you need some flying add at least one akroan skyguard

Looking at what you have going on and thinking about making some suggestions to make a red white deck a little different from the red/white heroic decks im seeing you could run playsets of arena athlete, labrynth champion and boros charm.

U can use boros charm double strike mode to trigger heroic so you can get a double striking arena athlete with evasion or a double striking labrynth champion and get 2 points of direct damage. Also to keep this theme going you could run playsets of bomber corps and firefist striker to get more direct damage/evasion. As previously suggested a playest of cavalry pegasus give your humans flying. You could swing with pegasus, bomber corps, labrynth champion boros charm the labrynth champion, if it goes through youd get 9 damage. Also boros charm can make sure your creatures survive combat which helps your combat decisions to ensure battalion triggers.

Finally gods willing will help your creatures survive combat and targeted removal, trigger heroic and let you scry. Imagine using a gods willing to protect a labrynth champion from targeted removal. Labrynth champion survives, 2 direct damage and scry for 'w'.

Needs some boros guildates, temple of triumphs, or sacred foundrys . It also could use an elspeth

playset both phalanx leader and calvary pegasus lands i think are obvious you need duals and golds willing and charm are great for this themed deck idea. elspeth is when money is not an issue so if you got lucky or got the money get 1 but aside from that your reduction of copies defends against Detention Sphere so i like it (even with playset of leader and pegasus id leave it you only need 1 leader at a time for heroic to trigger) great build and my complements to the "chef" where ever you may dine lol

funny cuz its basically just the best red and white soldier themed cards he has thrown into a deck based on the idea he had to make a "300" deck lol
