Ok, I can switch out a Titania. I don't see a card named "fetch lands" on the site, are you perhaps referring to something else, or am not looking for the right thing?

I use evolving Wilds to sacrifice and bring back to combo with Titania and Crucible of worlds. Unless there's a card that does that better I don't see much reason to change it.
