Deck discussion for izzet

Only thing that makes me hesitate with this deck is I like my counters when I run blue. But I like this deck.

-2 Arcane Melee, -2 Sleep, -4 Krenko's Command
You're running a set of Electromancer, so Arcane Melee is pretty much useless. Sleep is a nice way to save yourself, you don't necessarily need 4. Talrand and Talrand's Evocation take care of tokens for you, so Krenko's command can be swapped out for something else.
+2 Mizzium Mortars, since you can wipe your opponent's board most of the time. Your Electromancer can reduce the overload to just RRR.
+4 Thought Scour. Set off Guttersnipe while milling your opponent AND drawing a card? It's tasty. You can also use Ponder or Preordain alternatively.
+2 Wild Guess. Discard a dead card (like an unnecessary Talrand) to get 2 cards. You can use Faithless Looting too, since you can get 2 uses from one card thanks to Flashback, but there is a chance that you may need to discard stuff you want or need to keep.

Good deck, otherwise.
