It seems like the only way to play "Sliver Legion" in this deck is to have out "Gemhide Sliver", which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but you might want to have something like "Call of the Wild" so that you can have another option. Also, "Sliver Queen" (or is it "queen of the slivers"?) would be a great addition to any sliver deck, but it has the same shortcomings as your Legion. Whatever the case, you're going to have to mana-accel somehow for the first few turns, or until you pull Gemhide.

Your deck is great, I just don't know how you're going to get Akroma or Reya out on the field in an effective amount of time. I know that's not the purpose of your deck, I was just wondering.

continued: and if you want to give Phage some extra killing potential, you could give her fear with "Intimidation." All in all, I like your deck though.

If you want to use Phage multiple times on your own side, you could put in a couple "Aphetto Dredging"s (because the card has a picture of phage on it) or "Call to the Netherworld"s. And since you have so much mana acceleration from the cabal coffers and magus, you could put in some black burn spells like "Consume Spirit."

To be honest, Guile is in there as a filler creature, so that I don't get too over-run while i'm trying to get out The Unspeakable, but it doesn't really mesh with the deck. This deck still needs alot of work, but if you could post a URL of one of your decks up here I'd like to look at it for guidance as to where I should make this deck go.

I'm wondering why it's called blue too, but also, I think a good card to add to this would be Darksteel Forge, that way all of your artifacts are indestructable. Oh, and please comment on my 3 new artifact decks that I made today, Darksteel Myr, Arcbound Charge, and Legend of Kaldra.

Oh, donato, good point on the Akroma, I was thinking about that. I kinda ran outa space with the deck, but I could increase the size by about 4-6 cards and Akroma would go in nicely.

By the way, i'm going to make a red/green deck using that Kavu and grove of the burnwillows combo, so be sure to look at it.

You have some good combos in the deck, especially the infinite mana combo that I have in my deck, but it doesn't really mesh. What you need to do is find a theme and stick with it, maybe make this into two decks: a blue/green and a red/green.

Oh, also, the combination of "Freed From The Real" and "Sprout Swarm" with 5 creatures in play allows me to make infinite saprolings while still keeping Sprout Swarm in my hand.

I added doubling season. I didn't have room for bramble elemental, but I added a card even better: Djinn Illuminatus. It lets me replicate my scatter the seeds and sprout swarm indefinitely if I have "freed from the real" in play.

I have modified the deck to where it should flow better now, and although I didn't take out any creatures (other than 1 of each elemental incarnation) it should be a faster deck. Bassman, thanks for the idea for the birds of paradise, those are some really good cards.

Thanks Rodrigo, it's nice to know that not all the comments I get are for critisism.

I would add more plains and forests, perhaps more green and white creatures as well, just to balance out the deck more and make it more well rounded. Oh, thanks for the comment on my elemental deck, I'm going to try to get a couple little creatures in there.
By the way, I made a new deck I think you would like to see. It's called "The Power of Artifacts".

You might want to limit the deck to only 60 cards. It has great mana-producing ability and decent attack power, but your creatures are very vulnerable to attack, especially the myrs with their low life. A good card to add would be ENERGY CHAMBER, and you could also put in some modular enhancing cards (i'm not sure on specific names). But then again, it's your deck, so do what you want with it.
Oh, by the way, try to comment on the three decks i've made so far.

Oh, i didn't even notice the thing about the draco and power armor. I was trying to make my lands indestructable along with all my other artifacts, so instead of the artifact lands and such, i'll put in 2 Privileged Positions. Hold on and i'll look up the energy chambers/pentad prisms.
