I was thinking "Trostani, Selesnya's Voice" and "Growing Ranks" would both be great in this deck.... but I'm not sure what I would swap them out for. Something to consider for the extra sideboard slots at least.

The reason why I wouldn't put Trostani in the main is mostly because it is quite expensive. Growing Ranks might work though.
I really like call of the conclave, a 3/3 on turn two, that then starts off your populate is very good in casual. Maybe drop out the 4x captains call, but you lose some synergy with the Temple and Odric. I'd also suggest 1 or 2 copies of Gavony Township if you got room in the budget.
