You could use something to accelerate your draws, and cabal coffers to accelerate black mana use.
You could use gnat miser to diminish oponent's maximum hand size to 1, and force him to buy more cards.
You could use soul's fire, to get direct damage and also combat damage. And mutagenic growth, paying 2 life.
