Just a few comments-
-I think you might want 4 putrid leeches. You can ditch a blood cultist for one.
-I'm not too sure, but you also might want some Kitchen Finks. Seeing as Jund isn't standard anyway, I don't see why not. I would put 2-4 in, replacing, say, a lavalanche and two grimblades. If you do this, I'd replace a swamp with a forest. Actually, I'd do that anyway.

Hard to see that one losing. maybe to an emrakul ramp deck or the like, but unlikely

I would replace two bloodied ghosts with nightsky mimics (those are amazing), replace one evershrike with a fourth unmake, and the other with a fourth Batwing Brume. Other than that, it's looking pretty solid.

I'm not too sure why Teferi'a puzzle box is in here, as it doesn't really have anything to do with discarding.

You might want 4 lightning bolts to deal with anything they slip through onto the battlefield (or doom blades, or terminates).
As a second thought, you could replace them with 4 blightnings. Those deal damage and cause discards.

This deck has plenty of creature removal- I would consider dropping one of the Gedeon Juras (which is excellent if you need another thing to tie down your opponents creatures) in return for another mind scultpor, or even a jace in general

Replace her with 3 of the walls. And by mnemonic walls I meant wall of omens, though I think you knew that.

Hrmm... Only concern would be the lack of mnemonic walls, I think that they would be helpful in a deck such as this.
