oh, another thought, zombie infestation looks like it could have some good synergy with oath of ghouls... actually with how you're destroying their graveyard, OoG seems like it would work out very nicely for you.

You might like Entrails Feaster for this deck. Maybe check out bone dancer as well, its always good for a laugh. From what I read, Ashen Ghoul is now categorized as a zombie, so a few of those might also work well. I don't know much in the way of Mill cards, but you might consider something like a grindstone in order to keep your opponents graveyards flush with creatures.
I've had a couple Zombie Masters in the deck, and U, ToY makes me drool. Something to consider when looking at the mana curve is that the gempalm poluters are not meant to be cast as creatures, but for there cycle ability which costs BB. I haven't noticed the speed issues with it as of yet, I haven't got to play with it just yet in this incarnation. Demonic tutor looks pretty promising, would def be nice at times.
very interesting, and thank you for the heads up, I'll def look into that
Its all very convoluted I know :P The original idea I had before fixing it up this last time (this is the 3rd revision of it) was get out a couple dross scorpions, a blasting station, an ur-golem's eye, and nuisance engine. Just looking at Etherium astrolabe, and I feel like there might be a fun way to abuse that, possibly in a dif deck with Niv Mizzet
The problem I have with gravebane is that it keeps you from drawing other cards. I also see less of an advantage with it, as I generally don't have much trouble getting things out of my graveyard.
I have a few cards in there to try and supply a little defense, like swerve, rise, and terminate, but I haven't had a chance to play the deck yet, so I'll potentially switch out for creatures if I feel that it has trouble in that area. I don't have many cards, so it was just scrapped together out of what I did have.
I have the Liliana's caress's in there for that purpose, though I was thinking about adding megrim in order to try and guarantee that I get one or the other in my hand
