Legality:Modern legal deck constructed of cards from M12, M13, M15, Battle for Zendikar, Shadows over Innistrad, Eldritch Moon and Kaladesh.Deck idea:Basic idea came to me in a dream...sorry, that was Twin Peaks.I noticed that I own nice pile of Vampires and somehow I think that madness mechanics should be involved with vampires as they are...well, crazy or something.Interesting cards & combos:Call the Bloodline + any card with madnessWith Call the Bloodline discard a card to get 1/1 vampire token from Bloodline. Then cast the discarded card as instant with madness.Indulgent aristocrat with any token generatorDeck is of vampires, so pretty self explanatory. Buff up your bloodsuckers by sacrificing tokens to Aristocrat.Ob Nixilis and Sorin, Grim NemesisThese are here just for card advantage. Of course if you manage to get the ultimate abilities launched the better, but not the main purpose for these.Playtesting:Original version of this deck was in mardu colours and it had it's moments. Nice to play, but lacked somewhat the versatility and card draw to keep madness up and running. This actual deck is only here at the moment so no play testing has been conducted. Feel free to comment and give suggestions on what to improve.Further development:This deck would mostlikely benefit from adding in revolt mechanics as sacrificing creatures with aristocrat is crucial. Also changing the deck to standard legal is not much of a pain as there are only three cards plus Scoured Barrens that need to be re-thinked. Partially those would be replaced by additional copies of some other card or possibly with removal spells.
Idea is to get creatures to battlefield as soon as possible. So there is no reason of holding back...except possibly indulgent aristocrat and maybe Hanweir Militia. Those are most likely targets for your opponent as they will. Especially Indulgent Aristocrat. At least this happened to me with similar deck with mardu colors. As soon as Indulgent Aristocrat was out, it was burn at the stake time for him.Always try to cast low mana cost spells on your turn in order to utilize madness cost at opponent's turn - this abbreviates almost to having haste on those creatures. Of course, if cards in your hand do not allow a nice madness rotation, then feel free to cast any spell needed for the situation.
