maybe, I would still start with 4 though and brainstorm is one of the best cards in legacy, not playing 4 is (in my oppinion) bad, I would cut down on the counterspell's before cutting the daze's but I could be wrong.

If you want draw power play magma jet (I know its not really draw but its always relevant). The reason why I dont like quest, is that its so situational. The best thing you can quest is Flame Javelin or kicked burst lightning. That deals 4 damage. If you play another bolt (rift bolt) instead of quest you have a card thats always relevant and thats very important for burn. I wouldnt play howling mine for the same reason, its not always relevant, and I think you are far better of by optimizing your dmg per card ratio. I really like you creature package.
as raggedjoe says its the last spell cast in the game so the sacrifice doesnt mather. its what makes legacy burn able to pull a turn 3 win

why play needle drop in RDW/burn? I would cut needle drop and quest and add lava spike and rift bolt. I would also consider keldon marauders. Just my two cents
yes but I would play 4 brainstorm and X ponders because you only have 3 top and 3 counterbalance also the card selection seems to be needed in order to assemble the combo ASAP. Besides I would play 4 brainstorm in any blue legacy deck (besides merfolk and dredge).
just a question: doesnt it feel strange to play a turn one win deck in casual? I imagine that people really cant answer a turn 1 win. Nice deck though.
I dont play comander but Solemn Simulacrum, sol ring and Sensei's Divining Top seems to be stable cards no matter the deck. Board sweepers like damnation or black suns zenith are also popular.

I would cut the Pyromancer Ascension and Pyromancer Ascension, because they are a very bad topdeck something burn cannot afford to play. Instead I would play 4 goblin guide.

why play Suture Priest, Blood Seeker and Blade Splicer in a control deck? I would run 4 mana leak 2-4 dissipate and x think twice instead. It seems to be better control cards.

it seems good but why board thrun in against landstill, wouldnt it be better to just play more duress effects?
I would add goblin guide and hellspark elemental.
if you want to play with this deck compettetive then drop the Elixir of Immortality and the quest's. I would add some more burn.
