This is one of my 4 most often used decks at the moment. I loved the idea of cipher and was already playing with a mill deck when gatecrash was released so i grabbed dimir and ran with it. I thought to myself how can i ensure my creatures are going to get through to trigger their ciphered cards? Why not make them unblockable was my first thought. A quick look through my collection and i had found 2 Rogue's Passage 3 Invisible Stalker 2 Latch Seeker and 4 Tormented Soul (not used). the mill deck i was using before was still fun i wanted to use mill even if only to watch my opponent glower at me with pure hate as their best spells sank into the graveyard. For that I found 2 Trepanation Blade 4 Thought Scour 4 Dream Twist and 1 Dreadwaters. Then i added the cards from gatecrash took out some of the others and i put Undead alchemist in as a way to gain dominant field presence and still maintain the ability to swing big every turn. murder is just a staple. and mind grind for a game ending blow with the guildmages first ability or huge buff to my wights or consuming abberation

I knew you would be making a Mill deck with the Return to Ravnica deck. You should look towards Breaking // Entering for the Breaking half of the spell, 2 mana 8 mill. Dreadwaters might work well enough if you have enough lands.I made an Anti-Mill deck. You should look at it, Its quite hilarious.http://www.mtgvault.com/jjreaper/decks/antimill/

Solid millin' but curve is heavy on 4 drops. The first thing I'd consider taking out would be Balustrade Spy, in favor of Hedron Crab or another good 1 drop. A second Hands of Binding could be cheaper and more fun option than Agoraphobia for managing threats. Good stuff mate happy playing.
