Hmm, why not get Cytoplasm, Echo Mage and Curse of Echoes? TwinCast could also add to help the deck if it's to reflect the enemy's movements as well.
How about adding a Steel Overseer? I could help power up the Arcbounds and other artifact creatures every turn.
He could also change the fists of the demigods for Vow of lightning, which does the same thing, first strike and +2/+2.
