Echo Mage is one of the best blue level up creatures, in my opinion. One of the best in Rise of the Eldrazi. If you get Cast Through Time, it gets to be amazing (But that's besides the point :P). But yes, get it! :D

Yeah. If it wasn't theme based I'd have some. If you know a set for all 5 colours with flying, I'll jump on thta.

Sapphire Medallions, I'll be on the look out for those. Those would help greatly. What I've noticed in this cancel deck it strikes some fear into people when i have cards in my hand and lands untapped.
