Ramp out with mana rocks. Cast Jeleva to either exile threats from others top deck, bait kill spells early, or possibly hit a game changing spell like curse of cabal or time stretch early game. Most of the time you'll want haste available for jeleva unless you can flash her in or know that no one will remove her. Strong kill spells like sever the blood line and plague winds, combined with a sufficient amount of counterspells and thoughtsieze ensures Jeleva gets to have her late game fun. Stacking the deck with lim-dul's vault or mystic speculation can lead to some deadly jeleva casts and minimal exiling or your own permanents. Once a mana base is established you can begin a controlling the game with a variety of powerful and cruel spells which provide numerous ways to control and win the game outright. Tramautize and psychic spiral combined with skillful spell copying can be used to instantly deck an opponent out by traumatizing them, then myself, then cast psychic spiral. Whispering madness is especially ciphered on the jeleva, who already provides minimal mill herself. Curse of the cabal and worst fears are absolutely brutal control spells that can make an opponent go from having a dominate board state to wanting to scoop. Stolen identity, rise of the dark realms, beacon of unrest, memory plunder, knowledge explotation all help use opponents resources against them and can lead to very interesting and creative situations. finally blood tribute and repay in kind provide excellent ways to bring down high life totals and provide the best way to win through damage. Talrand and young pyromancer often provide wins in cases of excessive control by producing an overwhelming amount of tokens while casting hateful spells. Epic experiment, while useless exiled with jeleva, is a perfect alternate strategy when things like torpor orb render jeleva useless.Cards I consider to be too oppressive in this deck and therefore will not be used:Insurrection, Omniscience, Enter the Infinite, multiple extra turn cards
