This deck is mostly control heavy, semi vampire tribal for their excellent abilities and utility. artifact ramp because garza and most of the powerful cards here are expensive, removal and counters to maintain control, and lots of card advantage.
This deck plays reactively. I built it as a fun alternative to my more general reliant decks, garza isn't neccesary at all but her ability to draw cards and get in for commander damage with her flying and haste makes her suitable. this deck requires some ramp for alot of the cards and usually relys on countering or removing specific threats until a large mana pool and card advantage is established. Once you have those you proceed to combo and control your way to victory. Lay down oppresive enchantments such as painful quandry, then cast powerful spells such as living death, wit's end, time strech, exsanguinate, mindgrind, exc... usually copied for maximum effect. Brutal combos such as sadistic sacrament and mind grind, or saguine bond and exsanguinate, are usually the win conditions for this deck. It can just as easily swing through however thanks to poweful flyers and haste.
