Instead of Captivating Vampire, try Stormkirk Noble.....much better overall with First Strike Vamps :)
Remove Shielding Plax and replace them with Asceticism. Much better card and gives protection overall to your creatures, plus you have also regenerate ;)
Uhmmmm immerwolf neutralizes Huntmaster of the Fells ability......
Also snapcaster mage could be awsome in here......
Try to add Rancor and Asceticism.....that spike cannibal can dominate!
Dream Twist (instant with flashback) is better or Tome Scour (sorcery and puts 5 on graveyard) than Memory Sluice
Why not use just mindcrank than bloodchief ascension?
Gitaxias can be brought on to the battlefield on turn one.........Dark Ritual/Entomb(in order to put him on graveyard) and last but not least :D Exhume or animate dead......... :D :D :D After that i think that the game is OVER......u can do what ever u want ;-) Just imagine to play first and have in your hand ritual/entomb/exhume or animate dead :D

Uhmmmm i can't bring to my mind a card that does damage while somebody mill........probably there isn't one........but with the Endless Ranks of the Dead and all zombies u have inside this deck u can try to make a zombie mill deck as i wrote above........
True.....Liliana's Caress works only with Discard, not with mill.........take out Liliana's Caress and put either Curse of Death's Hold in order to weaken opponents creatures or Endless Ranks of the Dead in order to multiply your horde to work with Undead Alchemy combo an make a zombie horde mill deck.......
Looks good......i'm close to make a deck like that (i miss the plainswalkers lolz)......but on yours i think demonic tutor will be perfect instead of diabolic......and also maybe u should try to put in Evil Twin from Innistrad.....

You can put 4 Gravity Well's inside in order to beat flyers......
4 Liliana's Carees and 2 Megrim? Why? I think 6 enchantments that do the same job is too much. Besides Megrims costs 1 colorless more than liliana's caress. Surgical Extraction ? Horrifying Revelation? Hymn to Tourach? Thoughtseize? Duress? Extirpate? Dark Ritual? Take out Sorin Makov and put Liliana Vess instead. Instead of Abyssal Specter i think Shimian Specter would be much better and off course use some Hypnotic Specter. It's a too slow deck.......try to put some speed on it......
