I've recently been thinking of trying a Jhoira storm deck. Based off of the storm mechanic from scourge. Suspend a bunch of spells. Manipulate them so they all land on the same turn. With all your open mana cast more spells and then cast the storm cards. Use doubling effects (twincast, reverberate) to up the storm count.

Watch as everyone cries because they were so awed by complete awesomeness.

First thing to note if you are like I was, suspend gives the creatures haste (I totally didn't know that for ages)

Excellent creatures to include for this:
Knollspine Dragon (his card draw is so so very sexy)
Sphinx of Magosi (which is the draw card one, alluded too above)
Avatar of Fury (If you loose Jhoira you can cast him cheep)
Inferno Titan (works very well with Worldfire)
Dragon Mage (wheel effect on a big guy)
Detritivore (People shouldn't mind if you only hit really problem lands with him)

Things that reduce reliance on Jhoira:
Omniscience (spells cost nothing!)
Mindwrack Liege (works on only blue/red creatures and I don't recomend it unless you go more creature heavy)
Spinerock Knoll (Red Hideaway land)

Protecting Jhoira is key these can help:
Lightning Greaves
Clout of the Dominus (I like this one alot)

Heh, funny that I actually have the lighthouse in the deck, I wonder how I missed the it in the deck list.
This is not a rag on your suggestion. As a player, I very much dislike using extra turn cards. Also, I would not mind having extra spell suggestions.

Opting to throw in a light Voltron package, mainly because I like that entire set of enchantments. Replaced the wall with the wizard (what gives, he is like completely better than an Izzet Chronarch and I love me some Izzet Chronarch).

Temple Bell and the Mine are functionally the same. I consider the one mana difference in Temple Bell's cost worth the ability to get the card right away and control when to trigger it. Just a preference thing really.

Your deck has a ton of draw power, that is what it is supposed to do after all, I highly recommend you grab an elixir of immortality. You don't want to deck yourself in the longer games.

If you are worried about getting overrun, I recommend a silent arbiter to slow combat down.

Is milling your opponent one of your win conditions? If so you might want to consider Forced Fruition, Jace's Archivist and Windfall.

Lastly artifact hate wouldn't hurt. Smash does it while giving you a card. Shatterstorm is older but it kills all artifacts. Shattering Spree is kind of a targeted Shatterstorm, but it is new bordered and a tad more pricy.

I have a similar red/blue black deck if you want some more ideas.

the decklists have been spoiled

To batman69:

The new Golgari guildmage card from the duel deck looks really good.

More enchantment/artifact hate wouldn't hurt, especially since graveyard hosers could really shut this deck down. Terratadon (or however it's spelled)

I don't know if this is a concern since you want cards in your graveyard, but with only twelve basic land in the deck, Hermit Druid might really sting when you use it

This looks pretty brutal. I had to comment because it is awesome that you are using Chains of Mephistopheles.

The only suggestion I have might be Nicol Bolas himself (creature version) and maybe Dragon Mage.

Your deck is the first I've ever seen to have a Grafdigger's Cage. I never looked at it closely before, but this card is completely amazing in EDH. It screws over so much graveyard shenanigans and it is cheep. Please do not take that card out, you won't regret it.

Draw card decks are hilariously fun, but I have a question for you.

How do you plan to win with this deck?

I assume you do, especially since I can see you have curiosity/ophidian eye and Niv which works well. aeon chronicler and sturmgeist can be good beaters, but I have no clue how you can succeed if Nin is your commander.

Do you only want to kill your opponent by you, and only you, drawing cards?

Words of War and Words of Wind are enchantments that can help with that. Spiraling embers hits folks for the number of cards in your hand. Inner Fire is similar but nets you red mana instead of damage, good for something like comet storm.

Is milling your opponents an alternate condition? Or combat maybe?

If it is might I suggest a few more Group Hug type cards, like Temple Bell, Font of Mythos, and Forced Fruition. They have good synergy with Tiblat's middle ability, which is a copy of Sudden Impact, and the inverse to Spiraling Embers.

His last ability is Insurrection, which might be worth putting in the deck too. The blue version of it is called Reins of Power, which might also be worth a spot, and if you like where this theme is going you can throw in a Dominus of Fealty.

I have a red/blue/black deck with a similar theme if you would like some more ideas.

Oh, and inferno titan landing after a worldfire is just so sexy.

Note: suspended creatures have haste when they land (I didn't know that for months)

Since you are playing worldfire already I might also suggest decree of annihilation, boom/bust, or obliterate. Mass land destruction is usually pretty hated, but I think a lot of that stems from people using it to reset the game as opposed to finishing it. With Jhoira you can have a big critter or spell suspended when the mass land destruction goes off and once the suspended critter or spell lands you can basically destroy the table.

Here is a link to my Jhoira EDH deck if you'd like more ideas. Mine is a fairly cheep version because of real world money issues. If that isn't a concern for you, I might recommend Kozilek and Ulamog.

Early game will be a problem, but I have only three or four demons (I didn't even look if my commander counted, so those cards wouldn't work very well in the deck. That said, I love blood speaker in a heavier demon tribal. That guy is amazingly resilient.

You did remind me of another card I forgot though, Kagemaro, First to Suffer.

Also considering storage matrix since most people will skip combat step.

Both of those cards would be completely amazing in this deck.

However, in the real I'm a bit on the poor side and those cards are a bit more expensive, 4-6 dollar range each, and I can't justify that for this deck, since it won't be my main deck.

To masafuma, the comment below yours is an excellent description of EDH. You may want to go to http://mtgcommander.net/rules.php if you are interested.

Casting stuff like Decree of Annihilation, Obliterate, or World Fire before one of your big boys lands would be an excellent way to finish a game.

Yeah, with mono red I suppose you wouldn't have very much in the way of graveyard comebacks, and that would assume you could sac Zirilan's dragons before they get exiled.

Zirilan of the Claw might be worth it if you don't mind loosing your dragons right away.

If Ruhan is your only attacker you may want to consider Silent Arbiter to help protect you from counter attacks.
