Deck Description

In all honesty, I thought of the Life faction from the Heroes of Might and Magic franchise and thought to myself "What would that look like in a Magic deck?" This is what I came up with.

How to Play

This deck is very much a ramp-up deck, with a lot of White's better flyers and their great ground troops. The best starting hand you could get would contain 3 Plains, a Favord Hoplite, a Capashen Knight, and either a Fiendslayer Paladin, a Master of Diversion or a Banisher Priest, drawing into your Staff of the Sun Magus or a Brave the Elements.

Use your Capashen Knight to defend against early threats (it can easily be a 2/1 with first strike), and either attack or heal yourself with the Soulmender (to each their own). When a creature gets played that you don't like, you can play the Banisher Priest to remove it from your sight, nice and simple. As soon as you can get any of your flyers, do it; their damage will keep your opponent on the back foot.

Also, if you can drop a Congregate when your Archangel of Thune is on the field, thank the RNG gods and proceed to faceroll the game, especially if you already have your Staff of the Sun Magus on the field. Pacifisms and Banisher Priests provide great control, while you have 2 nice pumps in Fortify and Show of Valour (screw American spelling).
