Basically, a typical Valakut ramp deck but with one big difference. I've added a blue splash to enable counters in the sideboard and Rite of Replication in the main, along with some possible card draw. A perfect game (one where the opponent has little or no removal) may play out like this over 4 turns: 1. Forrest, Birds of Paradise. 2. Tap forest and birds for lotus cobra, play fetch land and crack it to play another lotus cobra. 3. Fetch land and crack it (so far even evolving wilds works here) and drop a primeval titan, searching 2 valakut. You should have 5 land and a bird at this point. 4. Drop a fetch land and crack it, adding at least 2 blue with the cobras. Use 9 mana to kick the rite of replication, copy the titan, search ten mountains and win! Any Comments or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Nice deck :) Some ideas: I understand why you put so many mountains in your deck, but you need much more forest. You will get a lot of starting hands where you will have a birds of paradise and no forest in your hand (or harrow for that matter). Maybe you have a fetchland in your hand, but that'll slow you down a turn. I'd remove valacut, because it stands apart from your main concept, put 4 mountains in and 10 forest. with the birds you can produce red, and with harrow you can search mountains. I'd also remove blue from the deck and put in more landfall cards, or some protection (enchantment/artifact destroyers etc.). Rite of Replication is a nice card but is it worth the hassle of adding a third color?

Valakut is what he's doing all his damage with tho.. it's in the title of the deck...... so i'm pretty sure that card IS the main concept..
Splashing for the rite is also really easy. Besides having 8 spells and 7 lands that can fetch an island, I also have 8 creatures that can be used to produce blue mana, 4 that can cascade into a spell that gets them, and 4 creatures that can strait up find both at once just by coming into play. I really don't feel like it's a big problem, especially not when the goal is to play the blue spell at 9 mana...
Doesn't change the fact that a perfect turn like he describes will almost never happen since he only has 4 forest :) If you need green cards for a start you better make sure you have enough forest to kick it off in the first couple of rounds. Ofc, then you don't have enough mountains to use Valakut. I'd either put a lot more red in your deck if you want to focus on Valakut, or try to focus on landfall/green. Just my 2 cents. Good luck with the deck, it looks like fun to play !
Scorpio is correct. Valukut is the main point of the deck. There are still 7 lands that allow forthe ultimate hand with the birds. Not having it isnt entirely critical. It should function well without that but if you get it, it's just an added bonus.
tried it on MWS, was very good got a 3-1 score, but i think avenger of zendikar isnt really needed because the valakut combo really works well, might just go for naturalize or other instant/sorcery cards
Great, thanks for the advice! What do you think about adding in Mana Leaks instead?

Can't go wrong with mana leak.. but maybe use Fauna Shaman to make sure you have the creatures you need when you need them? Plus Bloodbraid will work with it. I'd leave one Avenger in there for Fuana to pull when you want / need it if you can find the room.
For now, I think Fauna Shaman seems like it would slow the deck down a bit but it's a great suggestion and I'll keep it in mind. I think I will switch the mana leaks with the Avengers though.
