It's been forever, but I decided to post my fairly budget Modern Mystical Teachings deck. Wincons = Snapcaster/Manlands or 1 of the 2 Zeniths. Still lacking just a bit of something for the modern metagame and not sure what exactly. Any help would be appreciated.

You need another wincon. Restoration Angel would do. Its ability can let you have a free snapcaster reuse and it can deal damage at 3/4. A Sphinx or two wouldnt hurt either as a wincon

Hey, I know you posted forever ago, but I'm just now looking back at this site - I've been away from it for quite a while. Anyway, I definitely don't need another wincon. There are some issues with the deck, but wincons aren't it. I have lands that can attack, snapcasters, a blue sun's zenith for the decking plan, and my main kill of white sun's zenith. The lands play out naturally, the snapcasters are awesome value, and everything else can be tutored for by Mystical Teachings. Winning has seldom been the issue - surviving long enough in such a diverse metagame to use/cast these wincons is the problem...
A sphinx wold help a lot in this deck but it looks like a good concept. Maybe add more esper cards so that it can work smoother. Also, add something that will let you get mana that way you can do the Sun's Zenith cards a lot easier.
http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=410282 That deck there is great at ramping mana pretty early as well as allowing you to mill the opponent just as quickly if you wanted to do that and then hold on to the discard cards so that they can do almost nothing. (this deck had 56 mana by turn 5 and had sent the top 74 cards of my opponents deck... I won the next turn)
