Deck Description

seen a mill deck on youtube some time ago and for the life of me I can't find it again, though I remember the basic premise of it.

Deck discussion for Mill?

I'm not a modern player but I can give a few words of advise.
Seems like this deck wants to be some type of turbo fog mill.
I don't think the deck will be able to contain most decks long enough to win. You have no non spell based protection, which means they will eventual get a threat down and kill you before you can mill them with Ashiok or Thought Scour on Isochron. You need to either up your mill cards to win faster, increase your defense or offense ability or a little of both. Glimpse the Unthinkable is nice with scepter.
Deprive seems bad when you are trying to keep lands open to counter and bounce. It's even worse with isochron scepter because you will be bouncing all your own lands each activation. Remand would be much better and is awesome on Isochron Scepter because of the card draw. Even Mana Leak seems much better in most situations.

Likewise, there are better counterspells for the deck other than Dissolve and Void Shatter. Three mana counterspells, regardless of their perks, just seem bad for constructed play. They also have no synergy with Isochron. Consider Remand, Mana Leak, Spell Snare, Negate, Essence Scatter, Countersquall, Psychic Barrier, Rune Snag or Muddle the Mixture. Muddle the Mixture has a nice alternate search function that can find the bounce spell you need or get your Scepter.

Echoing Truth is a better Disperse.

Sphinx's Tutelage or Hedron Crab could give you some much needed mill speed. Propaganda could be a defense option. Jace's Phantasm is a decent offense choice.

Splashing white or green opens the door for Angel's Grace, Holy Day, Silence, Path to Exile, Fog... ect.

Hope that helped, Good luck with the deck!

Scratch the Glimpse on Scepter, forgot about instant. Still a thought for faster mill.
