Deck Description

The object of this deck is to give bonuses if there is a single creature on the field. Also it returns my and the opponent's creatures to their hands so that i can attack with my one creature, also for the same reason i have added cards like frost breath to tap the opponents creatures. These tapping and bouncing cards also serve as a stall so that i can get my large creature in. It's based off the solitary fiends intro pack.

Deck discussion for Solitary Assualt

I would go pick up some exalted creatures from M13 like Knight of Infamy or Duty-Bound Dead or (if youre lucky with a booster pack or willing to splash a little cash) nefarox, overlord of Grixis. The idea is still to get one lone guy to attack, because the exalted boosts that attacker. I would highly recommend getting a single Nefarox as a huge finisher with the Revenant.

Exalted doesnt play well with "controlling no other creatures" idea, so if you might not want to risk diversifying. Still, i would take out the Marrow Bats (bad card, sorry) for some more etb antics like mist raven, such as Ravenous Rats or Bloodhunter Bat

Well exalted doesn't help at it stops me using cards like homicidal seclusion and demonic rising, but nefarox and ravenous rates bloodhunter bat etc sound viable
