I tried Oathbreaker awhile back and really enjoyed it. I wish it were more popular.I played a red deck, and in it I played Reroute and Sparkhunter Masticore. I know they don't really fit your theme, just wanted to mention them, because they worked well for me.

I have a Varina similar to this, and I found Moonring Mirror to be fun
Oh sorry. There's no special sequence for spells. Just get the lich or demon out as quickly as you can, because they're awesome and enchanting them with lifelink is better. The life gain helps fuel card draw. The worldslayer is for getting rid of the demon and pact when no longer needed or wanted. tormented soul is there to hit with the sword if nothing else can get through. Assuming the lich's phlactery counter is on an axe, sword, or doll, it alone remains on a desolate world. I haven't needed the sword, because lich's mastery is amazing. If the demon or pact are causing trouble, underworld connections or the sorceries will get rid of them when lich's mastery is in play. And when it's in play, mask of memory help to provide things to exile if you take damage.Lich's mirror is there just for one last chance if things go terribly wrong. And I just like it. Same with the doll, it's unnecessary. I'm sure there are better cards that would make the deck more effective, but it's good enough for now. However, any ideas are welcome. Hope that helps, and thanks for showing interest.
It's all about how much risk are you willing to take. Recruit the demon, make a pact, or become a master lich? All offer great rewards, and if things go badly then there are a few ways out (the mirror, the sword, lich's mastery), but those come with risks as well.I made the deck mostly for the flavor/story. It's meant for casual, and I've had a lot of fun with it. I haven't tried it in any competitive way. If anyone tries, please let me know!
how about...cutting down on some of the huge monsters. with the ring of three wishes you shouldn't need so many big beasties. maybe a little more early game defense, or counter spells are always helpful. looks like a fun deck, i hope you can get it working well
Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite ... grotesque, yet sexy. And a great card.
nice deck, spiders are cool. What about some card draw spells to get those spiders out quicker?
looks good
