The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Deck I've been playing around with based on zombie generation and milling. I'd like to keep it Standard, but I'm open to any feedback from you all. It seems very heavy on control (4x murder, 4x encrust, 3x cancel), but i also don't have anything huge. Creature casting cost is currently 4 converted or less so if anyone is more familiar with RtR than i am, I'm open to suggestions. I'm thinking of maybe adding another rooftop storm, and i have an army of the damned in the wings too.

If I were you I would take out the 4 Undead Alchemist and replace them for 4 Gravecrawlers. If you think about it this deck isn't really made to be mill and since you probably don't want to swing 61 damage with zombies just to win the game through milling I would recommend the change.

Or if you really want it to be mill you can take some things out and add something like Geralf's Mindcrusher. Right now it seems to be in between "I'm not sure if I want to mill or overload with zombie" stage.
As far as I can tell it seems like a well built zombie horde amassing mill deck. I don't much care for black cat, I think that you might be better off with a gravecrawler instead of the black cat because the gravecrawler keeps coming back for more, it also is cheaper to cast. Further a grimgrin could be interesting because he attacks 7 the first time he attacks at least, and he kills opponents creatures which could prove quite useful. Also let me know what you think of this version of another of my decks. link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=392857
