Its a token shell with a secret Polymorph win. You're probably wondering why I play blinkmoth Nexus. For 1 more mana, its another polymorph target.
Play your tokens like you would Esper token agro, then surprise them with an emrakul.

I really enjoy the idea of this, the Remands and Proteus staff are nice touches. Dunno if the Bitterblossoms are completely necessary, but hey, I'm a cheapskate. Maybe throw in some scry land or ponders to get to your poly's/staff faster, but other than that, this is freakin solid. Nice job.+1 from me.

Scry lands are great in a casual format but this is modern and you just can't put yourself back a turn by having your lands enter tapped IMO. Ponder, it's simply not legal.
and @ eap5000, this deck is wonderfully terrifying and Screw you, you Eldrazi casting bastard! (jokes) +1 from me.
Much obliged
Nice idea, I doubt it will work though.
So far the only problem is that they can kill the token while polymorphism is on the stack
add Silence then?

Also if counters, discards and enchantments you have put don't make you win, remove them and substitute them with more token creating spells.http://magiccards.info/query?q=o%3Aput+o%3Atokens+f%3Amodern+cmc%3C%3D4&v=card&s=cname
Once I figure out the proper sideboard, there may appear more token stuff. Idont know what I would add besides the 3 spirit one
2x Spellskite and 2x Leyline of Sanctity are really good S/B cards. I would take Silence out.
SIlence is in so when I cast polymorph nothing can stop it. Spellskite is a great add though.
Yes but your opp can cast spells in response to silence, as well if the removal is already on the stack silence doesn't counter it or prevent it from resolving. It can still help but it has it's flaws.
You're not gonna cast silence in response to something, you're gonna cast it to make sure your next cast is guaranteed. At the very least it'll burn through one of their counters. If they decide to counter the silence, you've got a pretty strong indication you don't wanna be burning your Polymorph right then. No point in countering a silence if they don't have a follow-up planned.
Like I said it can help, but it still has it's flaws. I would still rather play some more hand disruption over silence.
I like this version...it reads as a token deck, which could get you in under the radar (as opposed to the original UG version, which just read as a polymorph deck). Proteus Staff would be a dead giveaway, though. I'd replace those & 1 Emrakul w/ 3x See Beyond. +1.
Proteus staff is a very effective backup plan to polymorph, and can often mistakenly get opponents to board in artifact hate that is otherwise useless. Though I see your point.
