Deck Description

The Goal:

Explore some other infinite combos in standard.

The Means:

Sacrifice repeatedly, or just loop your fiend hunters. Depending whats on the board, you are swinging for infinite, or gaining infinite life.

The fix:

Red mana excel to pay for the combo, don't worry, what ever you put in the graveyard except for that vampire and the angel, will come back. Not to mention, hella control.

How to Play

The Combo:

So lets get started;

Looping fiend hunters: Champion of the Parish gets his buffs when things enter the battlefield. So here's how this one works. Play a fiend hunter, exile something. Next, play another fiend hunter, exile the first fiend hunter, that other something does come back. Lastly, play yet another fiend hunter, exiling fiend hunter number two. When fiend hunter number one comes into play, exile fiend hunter number three. When fiend hunter number two comes in to play, exile fiend hunter number one.
All the while your champion of the parish is taking performance enhancing drugs.

Falkenrath Infinite Sacrifice: Play an angel of glories rise. Easiest done with a few plunges. Play a fiend hunter, exile angel of glory's rise. Play a falkenrath Aristocrat. Sacrifice Fiend hunter. Angel of Glory's rise comes back into play. You get all your humans back. Use the recently sacrificed fiend hunter to exile angle of glory's rise. Sacrifice the fiend hunter. You could sacrifice the fiend hunter last, say if you had a cathedral sanctifier on field, you'd sacrifice her, then sacrifice the fiend hunter. Therefore, you get an additional three life, and rinse lather repeat.

The Cards:

Angel of Glory's Rise: A bit ago, I made a Nayangles deck that dropped this chick pretty quickly, when asked why I didn't run more aggressive angels, I said because this one was one of my favorite. An Angel that returns humans to the battlefield? Yes.

Cathedral Sanctifier: My favorite human one drop. Sure, you're probably screaming at me because Parish or Elite is much better, but aggro is just not my style.

Champion of the Parish: A must have for human decks, and a key card in this deck, this card has made its way into even the best decks.

Falkenrath Aristocrat: The Poster Girl of the top deck at the protour gatecrash, I had a slight problem putting her in here. I mean, this is a card that is responsible for a pro tour victory! Am I using her right?

Fiend Hunter: One or three, this guy is your combo maker. It's up to you if you hold back on this guy or not, don't abandon the late game, but don't sit on a combo either.

Detention Sphere: Oblivion ring +1, nuff said.

Azorius Charm: Ruin their draw, hold off some bigger things. Do it.

Izzet Charm: Not my first choice, the draw and the discard, along with the counter and removal, makes this a maybe card. I'll tell you how it runs.

Sphinx's Revelation: If blue and white are in my decks, expect two copies of this card.
If I am running combo, expect three.

Think Twice: I try to get two + in a deck were possible, its that good.

Infernal Plunge: I had splashed red for Aristocrat, then I needed mana ramp. So here it is. You'll be waiting to use this, but don't wait too long.

Supreme Verdict: Go break their stuff!

The sideboard:

The sideboard isn't ready for siding, it offers different ways to control your opponent that you may consider. IF you are looking for a sideboard, remember, once you get the combo off, they'll side for grave control. SO you will need to side out your combo, for a more strait forward assault. Grab some good effective midrange, and you'll swing through.
