This deck is pretty good already, but I think you should replace jaws of stone with a burn that costs less, or max I think should keep 2 of them and replace the other 2.

i dont think devoted druid would work cuz its a mono black deck, unless using twilight mire, but yea this is a pretty good deck.

yea crucible of words is a good card, but thing is I'm trying to keep my deck lorwyn and shadowmoor block only, so that's why i don't have him, but thx for the advice

im guessing the main goal in this deck is to win with phage?!?!? but if that is what ur trying to do, cards like colfenor's plans or elvish piper wouldnt work. Try to have more copies of the same card so theres a better chance of drawing it.

since most of your giants are also warriors, try adding in brighthearth banneret, that's what i have in my giant deck. Also consider countryside crusher if you have too much mana on the field

wouldn't I need the rejeerys cuz they help me untap mana every time i play a merfolk and cuz my merfolks are low cost, so with banneret it almost cost me nothing to play a creature

pretty solid deck, but I would add sage's dousing or merrow commerce and I think you should take out the harbingers, its way too high to play considering its only a 2/3 for 4 mana.

I like this deck, looks fun to play. and also to amanrocks12345, godhead of awe only makes the the original power and toughness of the monster to 1/1, but it wouldn't change liege's effect

And comment on my decks too XD

Yea I've always wondered about when this happens. But i think it still does work cuz its a mass effect where it activates for all permanents. Shroud means it cant be the TARGET of spells or abilities, but its not really specifically targeting that card, gilder bairn is effecting all permanents

You should add cards like drowner of secrets, stonybrook banneret, summon the school, sygg, river guide or grimoire thief. Drowner of secret will help tap your creatures if you want to boost up your guys. Stonybrook banneret lets you play your creatures faster. Summon the school is also good to bring out more merfolks and again lets u tap creatures to bring it back. Sygg, river guide is just in general awesome, to protect your merfolks and Grimoire thief is another powerful card that'll help you
