The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Deck Description

Slivers confused me for a long time...i mean seriously a deck based on rainbow??? but then i realized. Today i also made a random white/green human token deck with some spare cards and discovered a few slivers (predatory and sinew) were really good and that most of the good ones are green/white...so anywho i made this deck and thought it was good...any suggestions on green/white non permanents?

How to Play

I play really offensive decks...basically slivers give eachother and themselves huge boosts. Essentially you want to gather slivers and get a good field and just relentlessly attack them with your 3/3 or 4/4 slivers that have double strike and deathtouch(happens alot tbh)....so there...the best sliver deck made in my opinion. (not to toot my own horn...)

Deck discussion for Slivers(Budget)

What format do you want to play this in? I got suggestions, but a lot of them depend on the format you'll be playing.

Formats just limit what cards are allowed to be played. My group cycles three formats:
Standard - latest two blocks
Modern - all cards from 8th Edition to current
Pauper - commons only

The suggestions I have are largely based on what I would use if the deck was Modern or Pauper legal, but in both I'd use Rancor.

Ok, Modern.

If I where to build a GW Modern Sliver deck (the GW one I have is for Pauper), I'd try keep the mana cost of most Slivers to 1 or 2 mana, with 3 mana being dependant on the effect. The only 4 mana Slivers I'd even consider are Bonescythe and Essence Sliver. You may also want to invest in Gemhide and / or Manaweft Sliver. This will help you play most of your Slivers in one turn, allowing you to attack with them the next turn.

As for non creature cards, I'd ignore the Pacifism, etc. and concentrate on stuff that increases damage output (because I love to play aggro). My recent aggressive support package has been 4 Rancor + 4 Mutagenic Growth + 4 Vines of Vastwood.

Depending on if I had the space, I'd even include Adaptive Automaton as a 3rd Predatory / Sinew Sliver.

well from my perspective pacifism is an amazing card against alot of decks since it can deal with so much for just 2 mana. i get they play aggressively but they should still have some form of protection, this deck is made like alot of my decks, i pressure my opponent and then when i get what i need a go for an all out game (pressure as in stall out but keep them at bay so i can control the situation...if it fails? well if there's a will there's a way)

Don't get me wrong, Pacifism is a good card, but it's a defensive card. The suggestions I made where for an aggressive build. I've actually been working on a Pacifism deck for Pauper :P
