Ok story time! One of the first decks I ever built when I started playing MTG was built around Curse of Misfortunes. Odd choice I know but it was new at the time and my passive nature has led my to trying to win in odd ways. Curses are unique and very fun to play if your a up for a bit of chaos. The Deck is heavy Enchantment themed and fun as all beans. If you enjoy politics I can't recommend this deck enough. The deck runs cards like Revenge of Ravens, Righteous Cause, and Spirit of Resistance instead of the boring pillow fort cards like Propaganda and Ghostly Prison. As the theme is more built on encouraging your opponents to attack others instead of you the deck runs cards like Forbidden Orchard, Rite of the Raging Storm, Goblin Spymaster, and March of Souls to ensure everyone has creature so you can get the maximum benefit from your curses.Love politics? Cast Bitterheart Witch and say that the first person to kill it gets to choose who gets cursed! Put your curses on opponents to shut down their strategies or make them to tempting not to hit. Curse of Exhaustion - Such down Storm or Spell draw Decks. Curse of Echoes - Laugh as the Control player realizes counter spells are a nightmareTrespasser's Curse - Tokens got ya down? lol not anymoreETC...Flavor win? Curse of the Swine! Exile and curse mmmm yes pleaseGolos is a great commander as its just a way to ensure you never run out of steam and it gets around possibility storm... so yeah... sorry not sorry
Ok so the big wombo combo is built around enduring Ideal.Cast Enduring Ideal and Grab Possibility storm.. Seriously its funnier then dovescape.(Enduring Ideal gets around possibility storm ;)After that grab Paradox haze and any enchantment that can become a copy of paradox haze. Multiple upkeeps = Multiple triggers of enduring ideal.Grab any curse you want after that (Curse of Misfortunes is an all star and Overwhelming splendor + Curse of deaths hold... you get it.)Kill your opponents with Curse of Thirst and use Bow of Nylea to reshuffle all your curses back into your deck to re-find them with Enduring Ideal...Rinse + RepeatQuestions?
