Who Runs The World? SQUIRRELS!!!Ok so squirrels! I wanted to build a deck around a limited tribe and Earl Of Squirrel is such a fun Silver bordered card. I know it's not a Legendary but the card really should have been, Wizard's dropped the ball IMO. The Sideboard is comprised of all the pricey pieces if you want to find subs or keep the budget reasonable. The deck is powerful enough and honestly winning is put second to theme on this one. Bonus Points if you win with Might of Oaks! (Urzas Saga Printing required) Probably get your play groups ok before running this one.If you'd like good subs for cards here is a list to what I have considered -> https://www.mtgvault.com/duckymojo/decks/green-removal/Since you already running a silver border commander if you don't mind proxies Check out Hedge Mages Work Here (The dude's the best in the biz) -> https://www.bonanza.com/booths/HedgeM For max fun replace the word girl in songs with squirrel(s) and sing loudlyBeautiful Girls – Sean KingstonWhere Them Girls At – David Guetta (Feat. Nicki Minaj & Flo Rida)Big Girls Don’t Cry – FergieAnd my favorite to yell when attacking!Run The World (Girls) – BeyoncéWho Run's the world! SQUIRRELS!
The deck is pretty Streamlined for early ramp. The goal is to play a ramp piece on turn two that will get you to four lands by three then a ramp piece that will get you to six lands by turn four. After that its all about swinging the Earl at the player that has the best late game and using your spells to swing in for crazy damage. You know your doing well if Earl is out by turn four and attacking by turn five.
