Dragonmaster Outcast is a nice idea thanks. Did not know the card.

For cheaper casting I consider taking Urza's Incubator or Urza's Filter into the deck, but Dragon Arch would be indeed a better match for the deck theme.

With Wirewood Channeler. Also good for hardcasting Kiki-jiki and Mephidross Vampire if Tooth and Nail is somehow blocked (e.g. Meddling Mages)
