The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

The commander: Melek, Izzet Paragon. This is a deck idea designed using cards that cost equal to and less than $5.00 [or an extreme budget build]. There are several combos that can be used within the deck, but it would not be fun if I told you them. So I will let all the johnny players look at them. However I will give 1 combo away; this one is only be used if you know that you will not survive through the next round of turns or if you are one of 2 people left.Enter the Infinite + Spiraling Embers = Someone is going to die unless they stop you. or if have the copying abilities at the ready you can take out more players.or in other wordsEnter the infinite + Spiraling Embers on top + Melek + Echo mage/ Mirror sheen + alot of mana = Everyone but you is going to burn.

for the number of instants and sorcery's in this deck guttersnipe would be a great 3 mana drop. Please check out my decks.

I don't really want to use Guttersnipe because I am trying to keep the creature count low, but that is just me.
I would consider swapping in a Phyrexian Metamorph for clone. More utility, and a lower cost if you dont mind a ding on the life count.
If you're gonna go for a Metamorph why not just put in a Vesuvan Doppelganger? Same price (cash-wise) and in EDH the mana cost probably won't matter much.
I would have to pick Phyrexian Metamorph due to be able to copy artifacts as well as creatures.
A couple of random cards that would fit- Telepathy: I've had an opponents in multiplayer counterspell another opponent's removal attempt because they are okay with everyone but me seeing their hand if they can see the other two hands. YMMV there, but it's a fun, cheap (in all senses) and useful card. No idea what I'd drop for it though, and I fully admit it's entirely a personal preference kind of card.- Declaration of Naught: My common EDH opponents tend to play cheap-casting Generals, and DoN is great to keep Rhys the Redeemed or Gaddock Teeg or Nin, the Pain Artist from being immediately replayed three seconds after you kill it.- Capsize: Replayable Boomerang
I will put in capsize.I do not really want to use Declaration of Naught, because I am trying make it the game fun for everyone for the most part. But It would be a sideboard if anythign for those that want to kill everyone's fun.Telepathy is nice, but I am not that interested in it, but I can try it, and play around when I get around to actually putting this together.
Agreed 100% on Declaration being unfun. I side-board it out when I'm not playing Rhys, but when someone plays a 1 or 2 mana general I don't feel bad using it.
