My all time favorite color combination, leading indefinitely to my all time favorite EDH deck (that I've designed thus far)! It's a mean combination of wizardry, death, and destruction; all in good fun of course. I would classify this deck mainly in the Control category, although there are many different aspects and/or win combinations. Enjoy!
The goal with Jeleva is to cast her as many times as possible. Each time she leaves play and you re-cast her from the commander zone the # of cards your opponent mills, and cards you can play from their library increases! Meanwhile, force your opponents (and yourself!) to constantly draw outrageous amounts of cards (ie. "Font of Mythos", "Otherworld Atlas", "Kami of the Crescent Moon", etc.), deal them damage for each card drawn (ie. "Nekusar, the Mindrazer", "Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind", "Spiraling Embers", etc.), and benefit greatly whilst it all goes down (ie. "Price of Knowledge", "Laboratory Maniac", "Mindmoil", etc.). There's even a fair amount of control (ie. "Stoic Rebuttal", "Redirect", "Meishin, the Mind Cage", etc.)Whether they die from sheer loss of life, or inability to draw any more cards, you are surely in for a victory! Just be certain to get out a "Spellbook" (or similar card) ASAP, and protect it! As you will be forced to discard tons if not. There is an infinite combo here: "Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind" enchanted with "Curiosity" or "Ophidian Eye" causes infinite damage to your opponents and you to draw infinite cards, be sure to have "Laboratory Maniac" out if you plan on going infinite.
